Our attorneys bring real-world in-house and law firm experience, building their law practice within the context of real business needs and strategies.  With both law firm experience and in-house experience, we have the unique perspective to separate legal from the business principles and view client objectives and legal challenges from a business perspective. 

Bryan Schwartz, Esq.
Founder, Member and Manager

Schwartz Law, LLC was formed in July of 2017 by Bryan Schwartz, after 18 years of practice in both law firms (8 years) and as General, in-house counsel (10 years).  After graduating from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law in 1999, Bryan went to work for the firm Rothgerber, Johnson & Lyons, LLP (currently Lewis, Roca, Rothgerber), where he launched his real estate and corporate transactions practice, focusing on securities regulation, leasing, purchase, and sale of real estate and real estate finance.  In 2003, Bryan went to work for the law firm of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, where he focused his practice on real estate transactions in general, and financing, development of shopping and mixed-use urban and suburban centers and common interest communities in particular.  In November of 2007, Bryan accepted a position as Associate General Counsel to Club Holdings, LLC and its subsidiaries in the hospitality, travel and recreation industries, including, Quintess Collection, LLC, a hospitality services company that provides vacation rental and vacation club services for discerning travelers.  By June 2008, Bryan had become General Counsel and has been the General Counsel for the past 10 years.  During his tenure as General Counsel, Bryan has handled all legal aspects the company's business, regardless of subject matter, including board and executive governance, compliance, real estate transactions, leases, consumer contract management, corporate transactions, employment matters, dispute resolution, launching new business lines and entities, finance, all types of contracts, sales and technology relationships and restructuring.  His combination of transactional practice in law firms and breadth and diversity of responsibility as General Counsel has helped him develop the professional agility and flexibility to provide the nimble and integrated legal services that are the hallmark of our firm. 

 

Prior to law practice, Bryan taught high school social studies at Eaglecrest High School in the Cherry Creek School District in Colorado and coached high school football and boys basketball teams.  He received his JD from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law in 1999 and his BA in Philosophy from Lewis and Clark College in 1987, where he also played football and participated in study abroad programs in Hungary and the former Soviet Union.

 

Bryan serves as a member of the Colorado Bar Association, Real Estate Section Council, which is the leadership council of Real Estate bar.  Bryan also is the President and a member of the Board of Directors of Quintess Charities, a non-profit organization that supports charitable causes in their fundraising campaigns.  Bryan is also a long-time youth basketball coach.  

 

Bryan enjoys the outdoors, sports, travel and playing music. Bryan lives in Arvada, Colorado, with his wife, Denise, and their two children, Madison and Alex.
